This is Kelly Barton's '55 GMC NAPCO! 
This is a beautifully restored 1955 GMC owned by Kelly Barton of S. California.
It is a 1/2 ton truck converted, but if you notice the 8 x 19.5 tires and the 8 lug wheels, this would be a correct conversion, confusing to call it a 1/2 ton.
If correct for '55, it should have 8 lug adapter plates on the rear axle and 8 lug front hubs carried over from 1955 1st series when NAPCO only converted 3/4 and 1 tons, not 1/2 tons. Notice the 1/2 ton front axle?, also the 1955 1st and 2nd series utilized the 2 lever Rockwell transfercase.
